1) Return window and eligibility

- You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2) Non‑returnable items

- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged through misuse.

- Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 14‑day window.

- Final‑sale or clearance items when specifically marked on the product page.

- Partial returns missing essential components not due to our error.


3) Items damaged, defective, or incorrect

- If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

- In cases of our error or a manufacturing defect, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.


4) How to start a return

- Email subject: “Return Request – [Your Name].”

- Include: order number (or name and delivery address used on the order), item(s) you wish to return, reason, and clear photos if applicable.

- Wait for our return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


5) Return shipping

- For change‑of‑mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss or damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.

- For approved defective/incorrect items, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping after verification.


6) Exchanges

- The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order. We can also arrange a like‑for‑like exchange when stock allows.


7) Refunds

- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

- Refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. For cash‑on‑delivery orders, we will confirm the refund method with you by email.

- Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.


8) Order changes and cancellations

- You may request a change or cancellation before the order ships. After dispatch, please follow the return process above.


9) Unclaimed or refused deliveries

- If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused, we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or issue a refund minus any actual outbound/return delivery charges incurred, unless the issue was our error.


10) Address accuracy

- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


11) Fair use

- To protect all customers, we may limit service or refuse returns in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior.


12) Your statutory rights

- Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
